Sweaty palms were a big part of my life because I just couldn't get rid of the anxiety that was following the sweating.
See, I've always been really embarrassed of my sweaty palms and I've wanted to stop the sweating for years. You can imagine how I invented secret handshakes with my friends just so I didn't have to touch their palms.
It was getting ridiculous because I've started noticing I've been developing social phobia... I started avoiding social gatherings because I've always had this thought in my mind that someone will find out about my sweaty palms and that they'll be disguisted with me.
I just couldn't help myself not to think about these scenarios. Objectively, I think that people around me never really cared about this problem because the "horrors" I've been imagining never came true.
This was how I realized a big part of my embarrassement is just my head. I've noticed that whenever I think about my sweaty palms they start sweating.
The thing was that at that time I didn't really know how to go about getting rid of my anxiety and how to stop being embarrassed with my sweating. So what I did was to go on my search for a cure that would help me get rid of sweating once and for all.
As you might imagine I discovered just how anti-perspirants work and soon after that I've found out about ETS surgery and it's side effects, I've read about pills that stop your sweating and how your mouth can get dry if you take them and honestly a lot of cures that were just plain ridiculous.
However one of them really stood out. It was called iontphoresis.

There were some common problems with all those cures I've told you about:
- most of them were really expensive
- most of them had horrible side-effects

Because I just couldn't afford one I decided I'll develop my own iontophoresis machine. I've done a lot of research and I've discovered it's not that tough to build one if you know what you are doing.
The day I built it I did my first treatment. To my surprise I got my palms to stop sweating in just 5 days. For the first time in my life I've had a day free of sweating. I really felt amazing.
Now it's been more then a year since that day and my palms still don't sweat. Can you imagine how would you feel if your palms stopped sweating in just 5 days from now?
The thing with iontophoresis is that a lot of doctors claim it's only 70% effective and that it will just never work for some people. But that is just plain WRONG. It is true that the basic system won't work for most people, but as I started experimenting with it I've discovered the 5 main reasons iontophoresis fails to work and if you apply these tips it's almost imposible to fail with it.

My daughter suffers from epilepsy but it wasn't until i'd actually purchased the ebook, that i discovered this! Nice article. I saw a news piece that suggested having a surgery to clip the sweat gland that goes to the hand, and stuff like that just isn't necessary.

I have sweaty hands but I don't want to take pills to prevent the problem.
I hate having to deal with sweaty hands because I can't hold guys hands without them saying "ewww your hands are wet or sweaty", I usally say I just put on hand cream or hand sanitizer.
There has to be a way to prevent sweaty hands drug free!

apply to hands every hour or half hour and the baby powder will block the sweat glands for a certain amount of time. Hope it works for some of you.

All I have read about in articles is just pills and surgerys to get rid of the sweating, and i'm guessing that you don't want to go through that either. There has to be a much simpler way of stopping the sweat.

i have been suffering from hyperhidrosis on hands and feet since i was 11. I have tried pills,lotions and antiperspirants DONT TRY ANY OF IT! Hey guys, I've had sweaty hands my whole life and finally found the cure. Ionophoresis works!!! To make the machine ur self, just buy 3 6 volt batteries, 4 alligator clips, and two aluminum pie pans. Hook everything up and do it for a week at 15 mins per side. It is not a scam and will literally save your life... I got so depressed and unmotivated from my hands and since doing this procedure, I feel like I can do anything.. Type "hyperhidrosis" in YouTube and I'll see a few videos on how to make it. I only wish I had found this before high school and college.
